Any personal information given to sosamsara.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third partiest.sosamsara.com server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, sosamsara.com does not store your credit card information at any time.

I’m Unsure About A Size Or I Have A Fit Question.  How Do I Find This Information?
Please see our size Guide for general information on sizing.  If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please email our Customer Care department.
I Need To Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 4~6 days, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.   

Where Is My Order Confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please contact us via e-mail.
You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.

Why Was My Order Canceled?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

What credit cards do you accept?
sosamsara.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping costs, and because it is international shipping, we do not charge you sales tax.

Was I Charged Twice?
Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships.
If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Customs
Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. sosamsara.com cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order.
If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to sosamsara.com at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.

Item Availability?
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Order processing takes between 4 to 6 business days. Once your order has been processed, your items will be shipped within 48 hours. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order is shipped, usually take 5~7 days to arrived. it's a little bit long because we are doing international shipping. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, sosamsara.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.

How do I track my order?
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. You can track your package at DHL and FEDEX.

I Get An Error Message When I Enter My Shipping And Billing Addresses. What’s Going On?
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).

My Order Won’t Go Through. What Should I Do?
If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.
If you continue to receive error messages, please contact Customer Care at service@sosamsara.com, we will reply you within 48Hrs through business days.

Can I Return Or Exchange Items That Were Purchased On Sale?

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10~14 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
